2toned surprise fringe festival
Having major competition from larger companies, funded artists and talked about performances, 2toned surprise the Not Part of Festival 2009 by winning the 'Forever Manchester' award for their devised piece, Didn't We
Chris Hannon of citylife.co.uk wrote; 2toned Theatre presents Didn't We - engaging, intriguing and original. Four stars are well deserved owing to the ingenuity and imagination on offer. A review that earned James and Martina their award and put them firmly on the Contemporary Theatre map.
Having both been excited about winning their first award and receiving a four star review they feel that the hard work is finally paying off and have now started devising a new performance piece.
"Thanks again for all the support from audiences across the North West, you have helped make Didn't We what we always envisioned it could be - touching, engaging and award winning!!!" (James and Martina)
